A temporary additional $50,000 reward has been anonymously offered for the safe return of Kara by her 19th birthday on February 17, 2009. This has been coordinated by the Bank of Belton and Allen Edmonds at the Belton Star-Herald. He generously agreed to help our benefactor with strict rules to follow.
